Short description

Practical examples with the state-of-art tools are applied by the student. Relevant tools are iRiS-Petro, Orbit etc.

Objectives

Participants are expected to:

-be familiar with the practical implementation of the learned techniques
-be able to perform basic calculation of probabilities
-gain insights into the HAZOP analysis
-know the RCFA principles

University students of Steinbeis European Master Program in Risk Engineering and Management, and similar programs.

Fault Tree Analysis technique
HAZOP analysis
RCFA Principles. RCA examples
Likelihood assessment –statistical and API581 approach
