Short description

The course will help participants in understanding enterprise strategies in earning profit in a competitive market. The participants will be able to define different levels of strategies and different instruments used in obtaining defined goals and aims. The course will also provide methodology for defining strategies at different levels of decision-making in companies.

Objectives

The participants will:

- deal with different enterprise strategies,

- know different types of strategies related to the "corporate level",

- recognize how strategies for the entire company arise and how they are implemented,

- know how to deal with decisions regarding the composition of the business segments of a company in the context of growth, stabilization and

  disinvestment,  

- deal with the major theoretical models on Corporate Strategy,

- be motivated for practical implementation of corporate strategies and be able to track an actual implementation in their own company, and

- get an insight into change management.
